From Our Student
This school is the absolute best! I took the 6 day class for permanent makeup and I learned so much! Kay and Holly are the sweetest teachers and they really help you to reach your full potential. They were there to help and support me every step of the way. On my last day of class here, Kay did lip blushing on me and it came out so beautifully!! Her art really speaks for itself. I will definitely be back for my apprenticeship

The average henna brow cost is around $45, but there’s a wide price range and the treatment can be found at much cheaper, but also at much more expensive prices. Salary range highly depends on the number of services the artist is doing, if they are independent or working under commission and marketing status.
Henna can be performed in any studio or salon (as the service is not regulated).
What is it?
Henna is a 99.5% natural product that has the power to stain the skin as well as the hair. Unlike regular tints, it contains no ammonia or peroxide. It conditions the brow hairs as well as encourages new hair growth. It is also excellent for those resistant grey & white hairs.Â
Is it permanent?
No, it’s not. It is not a tattoo, it is not invasive, it does not hurt. It simply stains the skin and tints the hair.Â
How long does it last?
Like anything, results do VARY, however, most of the time you can expect the skin stain to gradually fade over 7-14 days and the hair tint 4 weeks. As I said though, this is not guaranteed. Sometimes, the henna just doesn’t take well to certain people’s skin. Your lifestyle also plays a big part in the longevity i.e. swimming, excessive sweating, using face products on the eye area etc will all result in your henna brows fading faster than usual.Â
Does it have to be dark?
NO! We have 12 different colors, ranging from blonde to ebony, warm auburn tones to cool browns. We also custom blend the tint to best suit each individual client and their desired outcome. If you don’t want your brows to be dark, THAT’S OK! A lighter tint obviously will fade quicker than a darker one however, again the decision is yours!Â
Why are all the pictures of henna so dark?
Most of the pictures we share look dark because the Henna tint is still on. This is because most of our clients CHOOSE to leave their henna on. Once the Henna is brushed out, the result is much softer and nowhere near as dark.Â
Do I have to leave the Henna on?
The short answer is… NO! At the end of your appointment, we give you the option, we can brush them out for you OR we give you a spoolie so that you can do them in your own time. We do however recommend for longevity that you avoid getting them wet for 24 hrs. In some cases, our clients find that they get a longer lasting result by leaving the henna on. This may mean you leave it on for 1hr or you may leave it on for 24hrs- it’s completely up to YOU and what sort of result YOU want. My best advice is to just try it for yourself and work out what works best for you.Â
Does Henna last longer than regular tint?
For most people, the answer is yes it does. However, for some people it’s the opposite. This is not something we can control nor guarantee. We make every effort to ensure that you do get a great result. Again, the only way to truly find out is to try it for yourself.
I started the 6 day fundamental class for permanent makeup and was very pleased with the high level
education, as well as the welcoming teachers and classmates! I decided to start my apprenticeship
right after the fundamental course because I loved it here so much! If you are considering coming to
this school for the love of permanent makeup, I would totally recommend you to just do it! you won’t
regret you’re decision!! they offer so much support throughout your training, apprenticeship, and even
after you graduate! Thank you Holly and Kay for the support so far!
